How To Use
Before opening the cap, shake well. Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton disk. Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds. Wipe gently, without rubbing. The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard.
